Our commitment

Flexi is committed to equal service for all users, including people with disabilities, and works to make the site and app accessible under Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and its Service Accessibility Regulations (2013).

Level of accessibility

The site is built to Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.1 level AA, and is checked automatically on every release. A manual screen-reader review in Hebrew takes place before each major release. We keep improving — if something is hard to use, please tell us.

What we made accessible

• Full keyboard navigation and a “Skip to content” link on every page
• Screen-reader support: headings, labelled form fields and buttons, announced errors
• Colour contrast to level AA
• Full right-to-left layout in Hebrew and left-to-right in English
• Works on small screens and with text enlarged to 200% without losing content
• Every map has a list alternative

Known limitations

The studios map is not fully accessible to screen readers — the list view shows the same information. Photos uploaded by studios may lack detailed descriptions. Documents (receipts and invoices) are produced by each studio's invoicing provider.
