Terms of use

1. The service

Flexi is a platform that connects students with independent studios, for searching, booking classes, buying memberships and class cards, and managing your account.

Classes are given by the studios, which are responsible for class content, instructors, facilities, prices and their own policies.

2. Your account

• Register with accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done in your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or younger with a parent's or guardian's consent.

3. Booking, cancellation and attendance

Every booking depends on availability and the studio's rules: booking window, cancellation window, no-show policy and waitlist. The rules are shown before you confirm.

A studio may cancel or change a class; if it does, your entry is returned and you are notified.

4. Payments

Payments to a studio go through the studio's payment provider, and the studio is the seller. The accounting document is issued in the studio's name.

Recurring memberships are charged automatically until cancelled, on the terms shown at purchase.

5. Health and safety

Before your first class at a studio you'll be asked for a health declaration. Fill it in honestly and update it when something changes. If you're unsure whether an activity suits you, consult a doctor.

6. Fair use

• Don't use the service to harm, mislead or harass anyone.
• Reviews may only be written after attending a class, and must be honest and respectful.
• Don't try to bypass security measures or scrape the service.

7. Liability

Flexi works to keep the service available and accurate, but, to the extent the law allows, is not responsible for classes given by studios or for harm that occurs in them.

8. Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. We'll give notice of material changes on the site or by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
