Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what we collect, how we use it and what your rights are, under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and its Amendment 13.

1. What we collect
- Account details: name, phone, email and date of birth.
- Activity: bookings, attendance, waitlists, memberships and class cards.
- Payments: amount, time and result. Card details never pass through or stay with us — you enter them directly on the payment provider's page.
- Health declaration: sensitive information, stored encrypted and visible only to authorised staff of the studio where you filled it in.
- Messages you exchange with a studio.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: bookings, payments, accounting documents and reminders.
- To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- To improve the service, using aggregated data.
- For marketing — only if you agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Security and retention
Data is stored in the cloud over encrypted connections with restricted access, and every access to sensitive data is logged. We keep data while your account is active, and beyond that only where the law requires (for example, accounting documents).
5. Your rights
- See your data and get a copy (download from "My profile").
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account: 30 days to change your mind, then it is erased.
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time.
